Give the Gift of Anti-Aging For the Holidays!

Most people think of their looks when they think of aging, and while that's part of it, your immune system plays a large part in the "aging" of the body.

Keeping your immune system in tip top shape will enable your body to fight off free radicals (for example, bad cells like cancer cells) which will in turn help your body fight aging. You can strengthen the immune system by eating the right foods (see How To Strengthen Your Immune System) by ensuring you do some moderate exercise every day (walk around the block or take up an aerobics class) and taking antioxidants that will help your body fight colds/flu, infections, and free radicals.
